CAUTION !!! Don't Playing your Phone when Defecation





        Heyy.. anyone here who likes to defecate while doing other things such as reading the newspaper, playing phone, reading a novel or day dreaming? Be careful guys because such practices can cause hemorrhoids.
Hemorrhoids s is dilation of the veins in the anal region are derived from hemorrhoidal plexus. While sitting or squatting on the toilet, the anus to relax so that blood vessels around it filled with blood and over time will cause great pressure on the area. Great pressure is what causes hemorrhoids. Other risk factors that cause hemorrhoids is constipation caused us straining too hard armpit bowel movements, chronic diarrhea, and old age.
The risk of hemorrhoids increases with age. Research conducted at Rs. Cipto Mangunkusumo in 1998-2005 found that approximately 39.6% of patients experiencing constipation hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids incidence tends to increase with age person where the peak age is 45-65 years. About half of oaring people aged 50 years have experienced hemorrhoids .This is because the elderly often suffer from constipation resulting in excessive emphasis on hemorrhoidal plexus due to straining process.
For those of you who have not been affected by hemorrhoids should never apply habits such as the title above, and for those of you who have been exposed hemorrhoids hemorrhoids segerlah consult you to immediately receive further treatment in order not to worsen the situation. Some things you can do to prevent hemorrhoids is
1.      Eat foods rich in fiber
Multiply the consumption of vegetables and fruits in order to expedite the process of bowel movements and prevent constipation.
2.      Drink plenty of fluids
Drink at least 8 glasses a day to keep the stool soft and prevent constipation
3.      Do not push excessive
4.      Immediately defecation if it feels like
Do not accustomed to deferring to defecate because it can make the stool becomes dry and difficult to remove
5.      Avoid sitting for too long
Sitting too long, especially in the toilet could increase the pressure on the veins in the anus that can cause hemorrhoids.
