Do you know why we have to eat? Everyone surely knows it. Meal serves to satisfy our energy in performing daily activities. Without eating we'll feel limp, even though you just replace it with drinking, it will just delay the sense of weakness or hunger in just a few moments alone. The food we eat, our body will be transformed into an energy food, because it is important, then we should keep our diet in order to get a supply of good nutrition, not even making us sick.



A Healthy Eating Pattern
When our children were taught about balanced nutrition. Still remember you about the sentence? The sentence is a term of healthy food menu we should eat each day. Balanced nutrition, if parsed is the composition of the balance of nutrients in the food menu, which consists of a staple food, vegetables, side dishes, fruit, and milk.

Staple Food
The staple food here is more devoted to the foods that contain more carbohydrates, such as:

Vegetables
Green vegetables are vegetables that are good. Green vegetables contain lots Sulforaphane, isothiocyanate which works stimulating components-breaking chemical elements to cause cancer. Vegetables also contain antioxidants that can become a protector of free radicals. In addition to these benefits, some vegetables also contain proteins, amino acids, and fiber is good for our body.

Side dish
This side dish is more categorized for the side dish has lots of protein. Proteins can form the immune system and balance hormones work. For people who are allergic to high protein, could be replaced with a side dish containing enough protein.
An example of a side dish that contains protein include:
1. Meat
2. Fish
3. eggs

Fruit
The fruit is one of the favorite food of many people. The fruit contains a lot of fiber, vitamins, and minerals that are good for our bodies.

The fruit is red, contains a lot of hesperidin and ellagic acid which can prevent free radicals and cancer.

Yellow Fruit, contain potassium, beta-carotene, and vitamin c. Potassium that is in the yellow fruit can launch system metabolism and lowers high blood pressure.

Green fruits contain beta-carotene, folate, vitamin C, and calcium. Vitamins that are of the fruit is very good for the body's health, fight free radicals, lowering cholesterol.

Purple fruit, contain a lot of magnesium which can strengthen the immune system in the body.

Milk
The milk that comes from animal materials can strengthen bones and improve energy. While the milk is derived from vegetable, contains a bit of fat that is good for weight loss when dieting. Milk also contains many proteins that are good for our bodies.
Some examples of milk are:
-Soy milk
-Cow's milk
-Goat's milk (a special type of goat)
-Almond milk
-Buffalo Milk (a special type of water buffalo)
